Priority Placement System for 2016 Booth Space Selection

As a SupplySide West 2015 exhibitor, you will have the ability to visit the SupplySide Sales Office and select your booth space for next year's show. Each company will have a designated appointment date and time based on the priority placement system.

What is the priority placement system?

The priority placement system is a collection of dollars spent with Informa Exhibitions which gives you priority status when selecting your SupplySide West 2016 booth location. Your priority status is based on the total dollars spent with Informa Exhibitions during the last three calendar years and the current calendar year, as well as the dollars you have booked with Informa Exhibitions for future months. This amount includes booth, sponsorship and advertising (print and online) revenues. It does not include registration fees. Any business you contract with us by July 17, 2015, including all business booked for 2016, will increase your priority status and give you the best booth space selection for SupplySide West 2016.

What is the Space Selection Procedure?

An e-mail will be sent to you with a specified date and time to select your booth for SupplySide West 2016. Depending on your priority status, booth selection will take place either prior to or on-site at SupplySide West 2015. Those companies being placed pre-show will have a phone call appointment in the weeks leading up to SupplySide West 2015, and all other companies will be instructed to visit the SupplySide Sales Office on-site at their scheduled time. A 50% deposit and completed contract will be required at your space draw time, so please plan accordingly.
