The Exhibitor Referral Program is a program that gives you access to pre-made, customizable promotional materials such as a landing page, emails and banner ads that include a custom link that you can share with your customers and prospects so they can receive a $50 discount off their Expo Pass. 

Exhibitors may invite their prospects and customers who fall under our manufacturer badge types (view approved business categories). The $50 discount off an Expo Pass is valid both days of the expo. Offer applies to new registrations only. No refunds are issued for pre-existing registrations.

There is no limit to how many people you can invite through the Exhibitor Referral Program.

There is no deadline for sending out the invitation. You may send out your codes all the way up until the show, but be aware that your customers will still have to go through a qualification process.

The link to the Exhibitor Referral Program dashboard is unique to each exhibitor. You will need to save the link so you can access your dashboard. If you have lost your link, please contact Feathr client services, SupplySide West's exhibitor referral partner, at [email protected].

It’s easy to share the link to the $50 off Expo Hall Pass discount! Your company's key contact was emailed a link to your referral program dashboard. When you go to your dashboard, under the "see my landing page" section, click on “copy to clipboard.”

You can now paste that link into an email, e-newsletter or wherever you want to share the $50 off Expo Hall Pass discount. The link will direct your customers and prospects to your personalized landing page that describes your company, provides your booth number and allows them to register with the $50 off Expo Hall Pass discount. The promo code for the $50 off Expo Hall Pass discount will auto-populate as they go through the registration process.

All attendees are required to go through the registration process even if they are attending the event at a discounted price. Your customers and prospects must complete the registration so that we can compile their data and review their business proof to confirm their specific involvement in the industry. When you share your link, it will include the promo code for the $50 off Expo Hall Pass discount, which will auto-populate during the registration process.

Yes. All registrants must go through a qualification process by providing a proof of business before they are approved to attend the show. 

The Exhibitor Referral Program dashboard can take up to 30 minutes to refresh with your information and custom content. If you do not see your complete dashboard after 30 minutes, hit Ctrl F5 (on a PC) to refresh. If that does not work, copy your link into another browser and hit enter.
