Exhibitor Cancellation Options

Navigating the remainder of 2021 means focusing on exhibitors who cannot travel to exhibit as well as customers who don’t want to travel to exhibit. The following options offer reasonable pathways, such that additional time and flexibility are offered, and are also bound by timing and parameters to mutually serve customers and Informa.


Exhibitor CAN’T travel:

       
Government travel bans, return-to-home-country quarantine requirement, and/or restrictions:

o    Cancellations, refunds and credit transfers are allowed through July 30th. Proof is required (a link to a government website showing the ban/restriction). Clients can re-sign if situation changes, subject to space availability at time of re-sign.

§  If new travel restrictions arise after this date, exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Account Manager. Proof is still required.

       Corporate travel bans and/or restrictions:

o   Cancellations, refunds and credit transfers are allowed through July 30th.  Proof is required (i.e. letter from corporate executive). Clients can re-sign if situation changes, subject to space availability at time of re-sign.

o   For clients booked using 2020 credits:

§  If notified by July 30th, refund or credit transfer remains an option

§  If notified between August 1-September 10, all paid funds will be rolled over to 2022. Proof (i.e. letter from corporate executive) is required.

§  If notified after September 10, current terms and conditions apply and any paid fees are retained as a cancellation fee

o   For all other clients booked in 2021 show:

§  If notified by July 30th, all paid funds will be rolled over to 2022. Proof (i.e. letter from corporate executive) is required

§  If notified after July 30th, current terms and conditions apply and any paid fees are retained as a cancellation fee. 

 


Exhibitor IS CHOOSING NOT to travel:

 

o   For clients booked using 2020 credits:

§  If notified by July 30th, refund or credit transfer remains an option.

§  If notified after July 30th, current terms and conditions apply and any paid fees are retained as a cancellation fee.

o   For all other clients booked in 2021 show:

§  If notified by July 30th, all paid funds will be rolled over to 2022. 

§  If notified after July 30th, current terms and conditions apply and any paid fees are retained as a cancellation fee.
