Education sessions on Wednesday and Thursday are included in the price of an Expo Pass and do not require additional fees when registering. However, you can add any Monday and/or Tuesday education sessions a la carte for additional fees.

If you purchase the Expo Pass Plus, all education sessions happening Monday-Thursday are included with your pass, apart from the Professional Development Workshops and NSF training courses, which can be added a la carte for additional fees.

If you cannot attend in person, we offer a Virtual Pass that grants access to all education sessions on demand, with the exception of the Professional Development Workshops and NSF training courses. Check our package options and pricing page for more information in June when registration opens.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times.  There must be one accompanying adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out – even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.

All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a waiver form. If not pre-registered, they must register on-site. Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

To receive a copy of the waiver form and register a child for the event and please contact Customer Service. 

To ensure your early commitment is hassle-free, all attendees taking advantage of Early Bird Registration will receive a 100% refund if for any reason you need to cancel, no questions asked. All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 100% refunds are applicable for those who register on or before August 19, 2024. Registrations after August 19th will incur a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after October 25, 2024.

Presentation slides will be available on-demand one week after the show to anyone who has purchased education a la carte, an Education Pick 3 Pass, a Global Pass, or a Virtual Pass.

To request a visa letter you must first register to attend SupplySide West. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, you can contact customer service.

2023 Show Dates are Monday, October 28 to Thursday, October 31. Expo Hall dates are Wednesday, October 30 & Thursday, October 31.
